Refund /exchange policy and shipping

Satisfaction guarantee

If you are not happy with our product, you can return it in same condition for refund. We will refund you the purchase price, within 60 days of purchase. We will not refund the postage or handling charges on returned goods which are not faulty. There is no extra charge for exchange. You can return them by registered mail together with the receipt to:

1.We use Australia Express post platinum . Shipping within Australia , the shipping time is 1-3 business days. you will be required to sign for your order upon delivery. 2.We use Australia post insured international registered mail .shipping outside Australia, the shipping time approximately 5-10 working days.
